She/Her

Master of Education in Community Counseling, Loyola University Chicago

"Tell me, what is it you plan to do with your one wild and precious life?"

If you're the one who holds it together for everyone else (the eldest daughter, the high-achiever, the one who's spent years chasing the next level of "good enough”) I get it, because I've been there too.

I'm here for the burned-out high-achievers who are scared of being anything less than perfect, ready to trade perfectionism for self-compassion. I don't just sit across from you: I'm in it with you, ready to meet you halfway. We'll laugh, we'll cry, we'll process, and we'll walk through this together.

Only you can give yourself permission to rest, to not have it all figured out, and to be a "work in progress." Together, we'll figure out which parts of your past have served you and which parts you're ready to set aside. My approach integrates Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Attachment Theory, and a humanistic, person-centered perspective.

Before becoming a therapist, I spent years as a classically-trained flutist, performing with the New World Symphony, the Civic Orchestra of Chicago, and the Auckland Philharmonia. That world gave me a special passion for working with musicians, and it's work I continue today through my non-profit, Sound Mind. Musicians and creatives remain close to my heart, and supporting their wellness is some of the most meaningful work I do.

As a queer, multiracial woman, I'm deeply committed to creating an affirming, welcoming space for LGBTQIA+ and BIPOC individuals and couples, including those in poly/kink-aware/ENM communities. I bring warmth, curiosity, and cultural humility to every therapeutic relationship, and I deeply value the courage it takes to step into therapy.

In my free time, you'll find me playing video games (namely farming sims, Pokémon, and Fire Emblem), outside with my dog Barry, and exploring the world with my partner.
