“If you don't like the road you're walking, start paving another one.”
I really believe you are so much bigger than the things that have bogged you down in your past, the things that trouble you in the present, and the things that scare you about the future. Therapy isn't about fixing something broken; it's about helping you recognize and use the strength you already have to create lasting change.
I specialize in working with queer adults, adolescents, and couples navigating anxiety, life transitions, family-of-origin issues, identity development, body image, and relationship challenges. I create an easy-going, shame-free space where you don't have to edit yourself, have all the answers, or pretend everything is fine. Come as you are, we’ll figure out the rest.
My background in the arts, education, and clinical mental health shapes the way I show up as a therapist. I pull from different approaches depending on what you need, but above all, I want therapy to feel human. There is room here to heal, laugh, cry, question things, make mistakes, and figure things out as we go. I want you to feel comfortable bringing your entire self into the room, and I promise to do the same.
You didn’t come this far to only come this far. You don't have to know exactly what you need or where to start. If you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, disconnected from yourself or the people you love, or simply ready for something to change, there's a spot on my couch for you.
Taking the first step looks different for everyone. Whether you're ready to start therapy or just want to learn more about Queer Sober Therapy, we'd love to hear from you. Reach out and someone from our team will be in touch soon.
